Account & Admin Assistant

Requirements:

Provide efficient and effective Account / Tax Department service to the Company

- Manage AR/AP, Customer data

- Create report AR/AP

- Responsible input all Financial data

- Create Financial report

 

Provide efficient and effective Administration Department service to the Company

- Processing incoming PO

- Create Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Invoice

- Create Receipt

- Receive and arrange shipment

- Provide internal sales support to ensure a smooth delivery process to customers

- Ensure that the office block and cleaning staff perform their duties at all times

 

Primary Job outputs:

- Purchasing function

- Office Administration function

 

Qualification:

- Understand basic Account (Standard SLTA/SMK)

- Understand tax rules Indonesia

- Experience in use of e Faktur, e SPT (Preferred All tax)

- Experience in use of Microsoft Office and Accounting software

- Knowledge in Accurate program

- Required language(s): English

- Honest, Conscientious and Responsible
