Japanese Admin Officer is responsible in coordinating office activities and operations, and assisting Japanese head on doing general activities.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Coordinate office activities and operations
Manage the routine administration tasks within an organisation or department
Submit timely reports
Performs other duties as assigned
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degreein Business Studies/Administration/Management, Japanese Linguistics/Languages or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA: 3.00.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Excellent communication skills, preferably fluent in Japanese
