Administrator will have the responsibility for daily data management of the brands website including product stock, price checking and image uploading, customer correspondence.
Provide administrative support required to ensure efficient operation of the team.
Work with Call Center & Finance team in communicating and liaising day-to-day issues from the customers by liaise with internal functions, where appropriate.
Doing data entry of product information.
Responsible for a consistency high level of customer satisfaction.
Meet service level objectives (SLA) as set/pre-determined in Admin Operations (support) target.
Be able to handle complains.
Fostering good relation with customers.
Responding to incoming phones enquiries.
Handle customer complaints and implement positive actions to resolve conflict in order to maintain the relationship and goodwill of the customer
Report on customer feedback to identify pro-active steps for the continued success of the business
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA: 3.00.
1-2 years experiences in related field.
Excellent Computer/MS Office skills (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc).
Strong problem solving skill.
Excellent in listening skills, understand exactly what customers require.
Good communication skills and a team player.
Good in using Indonesian language, both oral and written, in accordance with EYD.
