Job Description :

Manage incoming calls and emails from customers.

Answer customers’ questions (through calls or emails) and assist them in delivering their request.

Actively follow up and deal with customers.

Collect feedbacks from customers and report in time.
-
Make SMS, calls and/or emails to potential customers to recommend our products, services and promotions.
-
Constantly do market research and report in summary, to help the R&D department improve existing products/services and develop new products/services.
Job Requirement and Qualifications :

Max 25 years old
-
Candidate must have at least SMA/SMK (in any filed)
-
Fresh graduates are also welcomed
-
Computer basic skills required
-
Service oriented
-
Willing to learn and work under pressure
-
Excellent in communication skills, English is a plus
-
Multi-tasking and well organised.
