The KfW representative Office in Jakarta is looking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant

The receptionist must have a service-oriented mindset in welcoming all visitors, handling incoming phone calls and maintaining a high standard in the reception area. She/he should do essential networking and establishing a good and welcoming relationship with visitors and the next door offices

However, this role goes beyond the traditional front desk job, he/she will work under the supervision of the Office Manager and assist her with the daily tasks including supporting the Office Director and the Sector Coordinators as required. He/she will also assist the Office Manager in the smooth running of the office which includes administration as well as other needs such as lunch arrangement, meeting venue booking, transportation arrangement, and other work related matters

The scope of the position will be regularly reviewed and might be adapted in accordance to the needs of KfW Office Jakarta

Requirements and skills:

  • College Degree, preferably with a hospitality (Hotel/Service) background
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office)
  • Good command of the English language
