Finance Admin Temp & Second Receptionist

Job Scope:

Provide financial and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts receivable.

Main Activities:
  • Prepare & verify outgoing invoices comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the outgoing invoices delivered on time.
  • Maintain listing of customer open item as well as the underlying general ledger related with customer invoices booking
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Correspond with customers and respond to inquiries
  • Reconciliation of incoming payments
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain updated customer files
  • Produce monthly reports & prepare analysis of accounts
  • Assist in month end closing & audit
  • Maintain VAT out reconciliation

 Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma 3 majoring in Finance Administration
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience as Finance Administration
  • Have a receptionist experience would be an advantage
  • Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, and independent
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e.Power Point, Word & Excel)
  • Computer skill including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and email 
  • Have strong communication skill both written and spoken English
