Responsibilities :

  • Handling industrial relations and its administration
  • Familiar with expatriate document & general affair procedures
  • Computer literacy, must be proficient in excel worksheet
  • Support other HR-related function general administration duties
  • Preparing GA’s monthly report
  • Updating and processing all of document employee’s business trip (Hotel, flight booking)
  • Providing company request related to availability of stationary, inventory, asset, and employee’s tools and equipment for office

Requirements :

  • Male/ Female, Max. 25 years
  • Min. D3 from any field from reputable university
  • Fresh Graduation/ Having experience as same position
  • English Passive
  • Fast learner & able to work under pressure, detail and hard worker
  • Able to work individual and as a team player
  • must be proficient in excel worksheet
