Global Assistance and Healthcare, a well-established international medical assistance provider to the Insurance, Oil and Gas, Mining and other corporate sectors is inviting highly motivated individuals to fill in the position of:
 
 
CALL CENTRE
Responsibilities :
 
  • Handling incoming/outgoing calls, notably answering phone calls from insured person
  • Checking the validity of membership
  • Identifying the level of coverage
  • Identifying the request
  • Processing the request
  • Coordinating with the referral service in case of medical emergency
  • Report any complaints from callers / clients
 
Requirements:
 
  • Male or Female, age max. 35 years old
  • University Graduate (D3 / S1 of any discipline)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Insurance and / or working call center experience background will be an advantage
  • Willing to work on a 24 /7 rotating shift without exception
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Computer literate
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure
  • Able to Work as Individual as well as in a Team
  • Customer and Services Oriented
  • Positive and outgoing attitudes
